Because no two hands are alike, sizing disposable gloves is an approximate art.  Fortunately, the flexibility of latex, vinyl, nitrile and synthetics adapts readily to the wide range of finger/palm proportions in the human family.

To size a glove, wrap a tape measure around your hand at the knuckle.  Make a fist, and measure the distance required to fully wrap the tape from index finger to index finger.
