In order to properly deglove, first pinch at the wrist of one hand, pulling the glove off inside out to keep any substances contained. Then, ball up the first glove in your second hand. Slide your finger in the inside of the second glove, pulling it off the same way as the first, keeping any possible contaminants safely contained. Always be sure to properly dispose of your gloves.
